Christmas Greetings 2010

Christmas Greetings

Ring happy bells on Christmas morn
The day when Jesus Christ was born.
When family, friends and neighbors meet
And each-other with enthusiasm greet:

Of all the seasons of the year,
It’s the one most people cheer!
With Christmas trees and decorations
Carols and festive celebrations.

When heavenly choirs sang songs of joy
To shepherds on hills of Bethlehem
And of the birth of a baby, the Son of God,
Angels told to them.

Lighting the heavens, a bright new star
Guided wise men coming from the east afar,
To worship this baby, born to be:
The Savior of all,–even you and me!

He lived a life of service and love
Worthy of the Son of God above.
He healed the sick, the deaf and the blind,
And those afflicted in body or mind.

He raised the dead-- calmed the wind and the wave--
Walked on the water.-- With few loaves and fishes
He fed five thousand!-- and to all he gave
Instructions for life-- and glory beyond wishes.

As the climax to his life of teaching and service
He gave his life in atonement that we
Could be cleansed from sin and resurrected be,
And return to God for eternity.

So rejoice for His birth this Christmas Day
And live his teachings in every way.
They’ll help you avoid troubles, suffering and strife
Make you many friends,-- live a happy life!!!
